1. Digital Products
All courses offered through our website are digital products. No physical products are shipped as part of these purchases.

2. All Sales Are Final
All course sales are final and non-refundable once access to the course has been provided.
Because our courses are digital products, customers receive access to the course content after completing their purchase. Once access has been provided, the purchase cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to take the course, or has accessed or viewed the course content.

3. Access or Technical Problems

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access to the course you purchased.
If we are unable to provide the purchased course or otherwise fail to deliver the digital product as described, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
